Seven Sacred Springs of the Holy Isle Of Glaston
Chalice Well and the White Spring are two well-known ‘Springs of Glaston’. However, as the whole of Glastonbury is an aquifer, there are many more holy springs and wells in the area, some of them now lost and disused.
At the end of 2008 the PRC asked local historian Alan Royce to produce a paper outlining their location. His presented work came in the form of an A4 handwritten booklet with carefully drawn maps and illustrations. (All proceeds from books and booklets published by the PRC go directly towards keeping the Centre open and we thank you for your support)
