Going through and Surviving a 'Glastonbury Experience'
|

On an evening in February 2009, Glastonbury Pilgrim Reception Centre (the PRC) arranged an event under the above title, with the object of exploring the phenomenon of individuals being ‘Called’ to Glastonbury and their experience on arrival - often termed a ‘ Glastonbury Experience’.
It was hoped that a sharing of individual personal experiences would be a start of achieving a better understanding of a more generic process that might lie behind the individual experiences.
The evening was attended by some 70 people. Three short talks were given, followed by a lively general discussion. The evening was held to be a success and there were requests that a paper should be prepared with a transcript of the talks.
This is that paper.
In A4 format and published by PRC Publishing.
(All proceeds from books and booklets published by the PRC go directly towards keeping the Centre open and we thank you for your support)
